All of my Witch generals are Tempest. But, since Katarin gets to go to chaos planes, I've played her much more than any of the Tempest witches. And I'm starting to reconsider because Ice has two things: Death Frost - a single target direct damage spell, the Kislev equivalent to Spirit Leech. Nice to throw on all them daemon lords.
